Our beautiful studio is centrally located with easy access parking directly across Main Street and offers a wide variety of classes and services in a unique and relaxing environment. Our yoga and wellness classes, Esthetic services, infrared sauna, and other offerings are designed with your health and wellness in mind. Come visit us to heal mind, body and soul.

Quartz Signature Facial
As soon as you step into our wellness Spa, you can breathe a sigh of relief. A customized facial tailored specifically to meet your needs. Quartz uses carefully crafted non-toxic ingredients, healing stones and various modalities to ensure a restorative facial. You will have the pleasure of lying down on our MediCrystal, EMF free, tourmaline & amethyst heated mat. Our goal is that you leave feeling restored and at peace.
The skincare line that we use and have fallen in love with, known as H IS FOR LOVE, is as intentional as it gets. We believe that life should be lived as mindfully as possible. Nature provides us with the highest quality ingredients and this line embodies everything the skin craves.

Quartz Facial with Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion add on. What is Microdermabrasion? Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture. It can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, acne scarring, melasma, and other skin-related concerns and conditions. The procedure uses a special applicator with an abrasive surface to gently sand away the thick outer layer of the skin to rejuvenate it.

Infrared Sauna Session
A 30-minute or 45-minute session in our Radiant Health Sauna. Your session includes access to our wellness Spa room, laundered towels and relaxing sounds in a serene space. Allow yourself to sit back and relax, as you sweat in a completely nontoxic environment.
Why do we love the Radiant Health Sauna?
This brand has the lowest EMF levels in the industry, with the entire sauna being tested. Completely non-toxic with zero Volatile Organic Compounds. We are constantly being bombarded with toxins. When releasing the toxic burden on the body, it is vital that the environment be right.

Ionic Detox Foot Bath
A 20-minute detox session utilizing the IonCleanse by AMD, a non-medical device that we have been using for a countless number of years. Sit back and relax in a comfy chair as your feet rest in a warm bath. This holistic service works to detoxify the body on a cellular level. Clients have stated that they feel an improved sense of general wellness, a greater sense of relaxation and an overall feeling of calm after their Bath. Some even say that they feel quite energized. Results will vary based upon your individual constitution. Your body does the work. A Foot Bath is simply speeding up the process.

A session on our Waver Mini Vibration Plate is sure to be an experience like no other. Some benefits one may see:
Joint and back pain relief, improved immune system, decreased stress, improved circulation, possibly developing stronger bones, as well as many other benefits. We personally love it as it can help with lymphatic drainage, which is the process of removing toxins from the body. In our opinion, coupling the Vibration Plate with another spa treatment, is the way to go!

Courtney creates an amazing place for any person, any body to come be present on their mat and get in touch with their mind, body and heart. She has a personal warmth and comfortable energy: in her classes her cuing is encouraging but not pushy, calm and clear, but not sleepy and her personal touch is an overall rich experience.
